1. Program Description

Advanced Color Imaging ("ACI," "we," "us," or "our") offers an SMS text messaging notification program to inform customers when their print orders are ready for pickup. By providing your mobile phone number and giving verbal consent to a member of our staff, you agree to receive automated and/or manually sent text messages related to your order status at the mobile number provided.

2. How You Opt In

Consent to receive text messages is collected verbally at the time you place an order, either in person or by phone, and is recorded in our order management system. By verbally agreeing to receive text notifications and providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages from ACI at that number regarding your order.

3. Types of Messages & Frequency

Message types are limited to order status notifications, including but not limited to:

• Notification that your order is ready for pickup

• Updates regarding a delay or change to your order

Message frequency varies based on your order activity. Most customers can expect approximately 1-2 messages per order. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

4. Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages from ACI at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again. If you wish to resume receiving order-status texts after opting out, please contact us using the information in Section 7.

6. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
